OUR VALUES

ARCHITECTURE

Everyone everywhere is surrounded with architecture. With it being such an important part of our lives, we must give it value, time and care. No matter the scale, any intervention translates into greater functionality, aesthetics and greater appreciation of the space.

For us, architecture is the concretisation of ideas - to make the intangible tangible. This is why we deem as important to both propose a great design that corresponds to you and coordinate the realisation of the works. Our academic background combined with our years of experience allows us to gather all the necessary tools to carry out your project from A to Z.

WE WORK LOCAL

We believe in collaboration at a local level, therefore we have looked for the best professionals over the years. We now have a network of artisans and professional companies that we completely trust to carry out works of excellent quality.

WE COMBINE

MODERN AND

VERNACULAR

We take inspiration from local traditional and vernacular constructions and materials. Reinterpreting them and giving them the comfort of our current lifestyles and the generosity of our new perception of space is the most interesting part!

THE WORK PROCESS

ARCHITECTURE
& INTERIOR

Besides renovations and new constructions, we also develop interior design projects. To start working together, we first do a meeting on-site to understand what the project is about. The rest of the process will depend on its nature and its components.

PROJECTS

  • Remodelling

  • Refurbishment

  • Legalisation of existing construction

  • Licensing new projects to the legal authorities

  • Prior Information Request (PIP)

  • Prior communication (Comunicação prévia)

  • Execution (Works coordination and follow-up)

EXECUTION

Once the final design has been approved (by both the client and the local authorities), we assemble a team of artisans adapted to the project and set up a budget and a calendar for the works. We take care of ordering/ receiving all materials, equipments, furniture, etc., and visit the building site at least on a weekly basis to make sure everything is going as planned.
